Our client is an internationally operating organisation within the industrial sector. In order to develop customer service onto the next level, we are looking for a Berlin-based Customer Service Support (m/f) with knowledge of SAP R/3.
Job-Beschreibung:
- Definition, documentation, and implementation of processes
- Development and optimization of support tools (i.e. contact center)
- Definition of KPI's for controlling in customer service as well as implementation
- Development of training schedule for new employees
- Support of customer loyalty management
- Implementation of customer loyalty initiatives
Gewünschtes Profil:
- Know-how of customer service related processes
- Experience with SAP R/3 and project management
- Customer-oriented attitude - like to serve customers
- Excellent communication skills - strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and accurately convey information
- Proactivity, accuracy, responsibility
- Being able to work with changing priorities - ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Team player, problem solving attitude
- Full proficiency in English
