Ihre Aufgaben:

• Creates and implements global Communication Plan for: Internal Project Team and Countries using the new process and tool (Audience: HR, Supervisors, Employees)
• Communicate some materials and combines materials from other content providers into complete communication packages and responses to feedback, questions
• Provides communication materials on a regular schedule to the country implementation managers for use with different stakeholders, focusing on how TM benefits can be realized in the new tool and how the tool will be deployed in their country / location (continuing pilot as well as global implementation)
• Along with the Training Manager, ensures timely identification, acknowledgement, consideration and resolution of stakeholder concerns
• Supports the project manager in establishing an implementation team across the organization and leads the team in communications topics (implementation managers in countries have implementation readiness, communication and training responsibilities)
• Manages complete stakeholder communication across all levels on a continous basis
• Manage and provide content for internal platforms including ConNext, Intranet, newsletters, etc.

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor degree in applicable field
• 5-7 years experience
• Preferred experience with large scale global project communications
• Intermediate experience supporting large, international project implementations
• Basic understanding and operational experience with performacne management and talent management processes - performance appraisal, goal management, succession planning and talent review - Ex. HRD Cycle and HRD Conference Process
• Knowledge of Social Media Best Practices, Media design/desktop publishing, Intranet Publishing
• Intercultural Competence Required
• English Fluency
• German Fluency preferred
