Key Responsibilities Located in the Düsseldorf or Wolfsburg region are looking for an experienced “Project Manager (m/f) Automotive Sensors”. In this exciting challenge you are essentially contributing the business success of our client while being responsible for the successful planning, organization and execution of large-scale international sensor projects within complex automotive applications. This means working closely with major Tier-1 and OEM customers while coordinating and leading cross-functional, globally spread project teams ensuring that all processes are completed within budget and on time. Qualification - Engineering Degree (University, Master, Bachelor) or an equivalent qualification Professional Knowledge - Profound professional development experience in the field of complex electromechanical automotive products - Strong project management skills - Quality and process knowledge are advantageous - Ability to align with and lead locally spread, cross-functional teams within a complex global matrix organization - Fluent English language skills are essential while German and a third European language would be advantageous Further Competencies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels and across disciplines using different communication techniques - Analytical and methodical approach with strong problem solving skills - Strategic sustainable result and target orientation - High self-motivation and determination - Proactive, anticipates change, future needs or risk in the business or areas of responsibility and proposes appropriate activities to meet these challenges - Creativity, has the imagination and inventiveness to generate new ideas and implement same to the benefit of the business - International orientation combined with intercultural experience If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to work for an internationally leading and successful top company, you should contact us.
