To strengthen our team we are seeking to recruit a Team Lead Testing / Customer Implementation (m/f) Division Issuing for the subsidiary Wirecard Technologies GmbH. Wirecard Technologies GmbH unites the technology and distribution of our products and solutions. Wirecard Technologies GmbH's team members, who come from 30 different nations, are responsible for the distribution of our products and solutions, for the software development of the product lines and for the IT infrastructure. Your tasks * You will be the line manager (m/f) of 10+ team members (incl. budget responsibility), consisting of test managers and integration testers * Set up end-to-end test standards and environments for highly complex issuing projects in the area of payment card issuing and mobile payments * Establish continuous improvement processes for the existing testing framework according to industry standards (automation, tools and requirement management) * Prepare and participate in customer steering committees and be first escalation contact for customer management * Customer engagement in terms of defect management (log analysis, criticality / severity negotiation) * Consult with the implementation teams regarding solution and product requirements as well as customer priorities Your profile * Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems * Experience in a leading role in complex and highly time critical software implementation projects at level A customers * Several years of proven leadership in quality assurance of web- and backend applications * Hands on mentality while keeping focus on strategic objectives * Moderating skills * Excellent communication skills in English and German * Fresh ideas and the ability to think outside the box in helping us to develop innovative software solutions corresponding to our motto of "Making Payment Happen" What we offer * Challenging and diverse tasks with scope for introducing your own ideas and experience * An excellent working atmosphere in a highly-motivated and successful team with an international company culture * Further professional and personal development at one of the world's leading providers of payment processing * An attractive salary as well as long-term prospects and a chance for promotion in a successful company that is growing strongly * A modern workplace with additional company benefits such as a canteen, fitness area, incentives and staff events Become part of our success story.
