Proactively conduct analysis on renewables to support commercial business decisions and identify potential implications for E.ON core markets/business models. Contribution to significant investment and strategic decisions of the E.ON Group and provide traders/portfolio managers support on price developments. Track and research key legislation, regulation and cost development for renewable energy within Europe. Forecast and co-ordinate E.ONs views on renewable energy capacity and generation development in Europe and interface to power forecasting team. Develop forecasts for green certificate prices applying fundamental models, covering short, mid and long term. Evaluate and model renewable auction systems and bidding behaviour. Identify improvement potential for existing fundamental renewable market models, develop solutions (incl. relevant business case) and implement solution with internal and external partners.
