Siegling – total belting solutions Forbo Movement Systems is a global industry leader for sophisticated conveyor and processing belts, synthetic modular belts, top-quality power transmission belts, as well as timing and flat belts made of synthetic materials. These products are known under the brand name Siegling. They are used in a wide range of applications in industry, trade, and the service sector, including conveyor and processing belts in the food industry, treadmill belts in fitness studios, and flat belts in mail distribution centers. We are seeking a President EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) responsible for sales and local fabrication sites within the region Europe-Mideast-Africa. Her/His tasks are mainly to deliver profitable sales performance and growth for the region. Furthermore he/she is responsible for the strategy development of the region in alignment with divisional strategy and he/she has to propose and execute annual budgets for the region which are consistent with the medium term plan, the annual goals, the deliver sales and profit growth according to divisional objectives. Your responsibilities: * Responsible for P&L Europe, Middle East and Africa * Lead the companies, people, business within the specified region * Define and implement current and future strategy for the region * Submit proposals to improve Forbo Movement Systems’ market position / market shares * Drive profitable sales through the sales teams * Deliver agreed sales performance levels * Responsible for the best performance and excellent service level within the region * Cost control within agreed budgets * Development of 5/25 countries Your profile: * Leading a sales and service industrial products operation with a similar customer base * External market focus * Management and social skills * Strategic thinking and ability to execute strategic plans * Knowledge of the key segments food, raw materials, textile, industrial production and logistics is appreciated * Running assembly operation is appreciated * Fluent in English and German * Willingness to travel We offer: * A range of challenging responsibilities * Performance-related pay * Attractive employee benefits Have we got you interested?
