Senior Brand Manager Candy Central Europe (m/f) ID 1505173 Bremen, Germany Your challenges: * Lead to scale-up CE Candy regional business * Execute MEU/Global brand strategy in all relevant markets * Report directly to Category Director, he/she is the representative of the category across the whole region * Develop marketing recommendations and plans, in line with the strategy for the brands in order to reach or raise the forecasted volume and margins * Effectively manage yearly marketing programs in line with A&C budget in each market * Compile financial forecasts, lead brand volume discussions * Develop ideas ahead of competition. * Effective monitoring of execution of all major projects For this role you will need to have: * University degree (preferably in economics, marketing, management or MBA) * Minimum 6+ years of successful experience in consumer marketing/FMCG, including at least 2 years in a brand manager position * Excellent English and German (speaking and writing) * Strong skills and experience in team management * Thorough understanding of marketing tools and concepts * Strong business acumen * Very strong analytical and conceptual thinking * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Self-driven and business-oriented approach * Cross-country experience is an advantage When you look at the shelves of your local newsagent or supermarket, you’ll probably spot quite a few of our delicious brands.
