You'll work directly with the Marketing team for our international projects.Our vision is to become a "digital bank for everyone".We use big data, algorithms and automated processes to offer financial products to the underbanked and the 4bn people with no credit score. “Kredi” stands for the subsidiaries issuing credit to private individuals in currently nine countries. “Tech” is the Hamburg-based tech company developing banking technology.Founded in 2012 by Sebastian Diemer (CEO) and Alexander Graubner-Müller (CTO), Kreditech Group has a revenue run rate of USD 50m and a team of 220 passionate employees from 40 nations working on the algo-banking of the future.Your role:Implementation and continuous development of our dialogue marketing strategiesSet up, dispatch and supervision of highly performance driven CRM campaignsCoordination of internal teams in regards to required work stagesInitiation and supervision of extension and maintenance activities of our CRM data warehouseYour profile:3 years hands on experience in the field of CRM MarketingStrong experience in campaign management and e-mail marketing tools (e.g. Oracle Marketing Cloud), knowledge in HTML and image processing advantageousNatural interest in layout, typography and a pixel level attention to detailVery detail-oriented and organized way of working regarding production and QA processesThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentInterest in marketing automation and cross-channel marketingGood knowledge of Excel and affinity for numbersFluent English skills, both verbally and in writing, further language proficiency is an asset Your Personality:You get along with just about everyone.
