Short Description
The Strategic Business Unit Manager oversees and manages the call center operations of a business unit with overall responsibility for the account. Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction. Also responsible for the development of new business scope within the account.
How does your job look like?
Oversees and manages the operations of a business unit(s) with overall responsibility for the account (i.e. service delivery, sales, operations, IT, HR, facilities). Manages the client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction. Also responsible for the development of new business scope within the account.
• Directs and manages the daily call center operations of one or more Delivery Managers
• Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
• Develops budget estimates and manages project/contract to meet revenue and cost projections
• Determines resource allocation levels to meet project/contract commitments
• Analyzes workflow and assignments to ensure efficient and cost effective operations; develops/implements process and service improvements as needed
• Reviews and resolves issues affecting Company compliance, legal requirements and client objectives
• Partners with senior staff in developing and marketing new client programs/services as required
Do you have what it takes?
You are passionate in customer satisfaction and managing your project to a higher level. You have excellent communication skills and you are a born relationship builder who have no problems with communicating with complex key clients. Experience in the Call Center sector is a must and you are immune to stress. Other must-haves are:
• Healthy drive to improve
• Previous account management is required
• Call Center experience is a must
• Experience in an outsourcing environment is welcome but not imperative
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong management Skills
• Willing to relocate (Istanbul – Antalya).
• Proven decision skills
