Summary A small professional team with an excellent track record is now looking for an Investment Professional. Client Details Our client is a Swiss Private Equity firm focusing on leveraged buyout investments in small and medium size firms in the DACH region (Switzerland, Germany and Austria). Description - Origination: Take a leadership role in sourcing new investment opportunities Ensure relationship management with M&A communities and other specialists Foster good relationships with the target companies and industries - Investing Phase: Lead buy-out/acquisition projects Manage contract negotiations, due diligence processes, structuring and completion of transactions Create investment recommendations to the Board Portfolio Enhancement Play an active, hands-on role in portfolio management to build company value Coach the portfolio companies and conduct project work on non-executive board level Secure the executive of the value creation plan - Exit: Develop exit strategies and lead divestment processes - Support Activities: Support the Managing Partner with investor relations Profile - Master in business or finance related fields - At least 10 years experience in private equity or M&A for small and medium size firms ("KMU") in the DACH region - Experience as an Investment Professional in a PE firm or M&A midcap in DACH region preferably in Switzerland - Proven transaction track record - Entrepreneurial mindset that identifies business potential - High commitment and self starter mentality - Down to earth personality - Native level of German and fluency in English Job Offer Our client is willing to offer a competitive salary package for the successful Investment Professional.
