HR Consultant with controlling skills for Walldorf start 01.05.14 On behalf of an international software company in Walldorf next to Heidelberg we are looking for human resources specialist to create and evaluate reports regarding HR issues. The anticipated start date is the 1st of May.   SKILLS     ·         Business or commercial apprenticeship and further  training as an HR business clerk, or degree in business administration, specializing in Human Resources ·         Native speaker level in German ·         Good written and spoken English language skills ·         Quality driven, accuracy, and attention to detail ·         Ability to keep a clear head when things get hectic ·         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office esp. Word, ·         Excel including generating merge letters ·         Knowledge of HR systems   TASKS   ·         Experience in Handling of high volume data (e.g. transfer data in Excel into Word), excellent number  cruncher and Excel whiz ·         Able to analyze the data, identify gaps and eliminate mistakes ·         Able to generate reports based on individual requirements of users (should be able to question and understand what the customer needs and generate the required report based on existing data) ·         Should be able to generate charts to make understanding and interpreting of the data easier for the user ·         Should have good communication skills to deliver the key messages derived out of the data to the user ·         Good understanding of business interfaces (HR, controlling, accounting, payroll) ·         Basic knowledge of Labour Law to understand and interpret the relevant works agreement which lays the ground work for the reporting needs ·         Willingness to take on additional work in personnel administration (e. g. supplements to employment contracts, certificates, references) ·         2 to 3 years of business experience in an administrative area ·         Initial experience in Human Resources management is an advantage   Bitte schicken sie ihren Lebenslauf an Tom Sander.
