Duties and Responsibilities of the Job 1)Design a concept to setup a global organization for supplier management activities for the complete Adler Pelzer Group in cooperation with involved BU parties. 2)Classification of suppliers in cooperation with strategically purchasing. 3)Optimization and Harmonization of existing purchasing specs under respecting the needs of each involved OEM requirements 4)Standardization of Quality agreements for suppliers Adler Pelzer Group wide 5)Definition of standards for supplier potential analyzes as well as for supplier evaluation 6)Standardization of supplier development tasks for the complete Adler Pelzer Group 7)Optimization of reporting according the needs of strategic purchasing and serial purchasing 8)Develop and support a workflow in order to guarantee the complete transfer of our final OEM customer requirements towards our sub suppliers 9)Ensure a proper APQP and supplier PPAP documentation from our sub suppliers Skills preferred to perform the job 1)Five to eight years experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing, especially in Supplier Quality Management. 2)Strong personal leadership, vision, organizational and communication abilities, technical and mechanical background desirable. 3)Knowledgeable of customer product line and internal manufacturing processes to include all functions from raw materials to finished goods, as well as equipment and machinery and our customers suppliers. 4)Good knowledge about OEM´s APQP and PPAP or similar methods 5)Good computer (M/S Office) skills. 6)Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Educational requirements 1)Bachelors degree in industrial, mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent in education and work experience.
