Drug Safety Manager – 12 Months Contract – Vienna – 85.000 + bonus package   My client is a top 5 global pharmaceutical company looking for a Drug Safety Manager to join their team at their HQ in Vienna for a fixed term contract of 12 months. The ideal candidate will be a fluent German speaker and has around 2-3 years’ experience in the industry. Responsibilities:   Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements in the collection, reporting and processing of drug safety-related dataIn charge of coordinating all drug safety activities and provide the pharmacovigilance compliance in all departments of the companyResponsible for working on several projects in different departmentsTo actively identify options for process improvement and develop/implement departmental training to develop supporting staff skills, encouraging growth and providing regular performance feedbackProject manage small to mid-size drug safety projects, including sponsor liaison, management of quality standards/timelines/budgets and development of safety plans, study specific procedures (SSPs) and workflows for clients Requirements:   A good BSc in a Life Sciences-related subject, relevant to Drug SafetyMinimum 2 years’ experience in Drug Safety ManagementMinimum 3 years’ experience in a Pharmaceutical companyFluency in English and German   My client is looking for the right person to help them with the hands-on work in the R&D department. For the right candidate, there is a great possibility of contract extension, or potentially securing a permanent position within the company.
