Scientist (m/w) for pharmaceutical / health issues in Darmstadt asap
On behalf of our international client in
Darmstadt we are looking for a regulatory affairs experienced specialist for example
a “Lebensmittelchemiker” is of interest. The start date is asap.
Tasks
·
Manage the Regulatory Affairs
Life Cycle Management (RA LCM) for selected brands of the existing Food
Supplement portfolio marketed globally and distribution partners
·
Prepare and submit
dossiers for registration and compliance and to achieve registrations for the
specific product portfolio
·
Coordinate input
from and output to local Regulatroy Affairs functions globally
·
Coordinate Regulatory topics
and projects for Food Supplements with other RA Managers, stakeholders such as
outsourcing partners, Compliance functions, Customer Service, as well as with
the Head of Regulatory Affairs Life Cycle Management, Europe, and the
Head of Regulatory Affairs, Europe
·
Organize the
transfer of food supplement dossiers as well as the responsibilities and
product know-how into RA LCM group
·
Develop RA LCM
related policies, and implement their flawless execution with leadership, and
developing strong partnership with relevant interfaces
Experience:
·
Experience with Regulatory Affairs
for foods/food supplements, ideally in a pharmaceutical company / OTC
environment
·
Experience with
LCM activities (Regulatory Life Cycle Management)
·
Experience in
working across a wide range of regulatory systems and databases
·
Project management
·
A minimum of
Master’s degree in health-related science, life science, Pharmacy or Medical
degree (4-5 years university degree), preferably food chemistry
(Lebensmittelchemie)
·
Able to work
autonomously with minimal supervision.
·
Demonstrated
excellent organization and project management skills and ability to multitask,
detail oriented with very high standard within tight deadline.
·
Ability to
organize transfer of roles, responsibilities, tasks
·
Set priorities
with an appropriate sense of what is important.
·
Ability to
understand and apply European and local requirements, in close interaction with
local third parties.
·
Ability to work
effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
·
Able to evaluate regulatory documents
and determine appropriate action and able to provide regulatory assessment
to other departments with little or no supervision.
·
Ability to
understand business needs, think strategically and develop risk mitigation
strategies
·
Excellent English,
communication skills (both oral and written). Able to communicate effectively
in English to convey (complex) technical information to regional/global area
experts and be able to discuss/present expert matters confidently.
