Leipzig International School is a non-profit day school for students from Nursery to Grade 12 who are part of Leipzig's diverse international community. Your tasks and responsibilities:Respond to staff user requests for assistance with hardware ranging from interactive whiteboards to tablets to notebook and desktop computers to photocopiers and printersSupport staff users in answering questions regarding software use, system access, and tricks of the tradeAssist students and visitors in accessing the appropriate part of our networkCollaboratively administer the software distribution system and use it to maintain the software on all computersMonitor the use of consumable supplies (most especially toner); order and replace as necessary Catalogue, store, loan, recall and replace small & spare parts of ICT equipmentGuide planning of technology needs for auditorium events, including year group assemblies, concerts, lectures and parent evenings; run the equipment for these events as neededTrack and record the solution process of complex support requests in a knowledge basePlease find out more about this position: http://www.intschool-leipzig.com/about-lis/job-opportunities/
