Business Intelligence Consultant – DACH region As our BI Consultant you are responsible for specifying, developing and implementing customer specific BWise BI solutions to the full satisfaction of the customer. Where will you be working? Your activities will take place at customer sites in DACH region, the office in Ratingen, the European headquarters in Rosmalen, The Netherlands and your home office. What are your daily activities? In short your key responsibilities will be * Implementation of the BWise BI Solution * Prepare and train customers and fellow GPS consultants on Business Objects Web Intelligence, in order to achieve well trained users * Keep knowledge and skills up-to-date and contribute to innovation of our BI offering * Give presentations and lead sessions * Deliver input in the BI Roadmap of our R&D department from a business perspective * Manage projects to a success Your skills and competencies * Education level: Ba/Master, preferably in Information Technology * Experience in Business Intelligence, software implementation, Process Management, Internal control and/or Risk Management * Experience and understanding of BI tools suits, like: Business Objects, BOBj, Microsoft BI, Cognos and SQL Server, SQL (queries, views, stored procedures, etc.) * Experience with working on concurrent projects and tasks * Knowledge and understanding of implementation concepts and change management * Native German and fluently in English * An additional language like Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus * Excellent verbal and communicative skills * Commercial attitude * Stress resistant * Willingness to travel (50-60%) A valid working permit for the EU and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
