We have an opportunity in Munich at XING EVENTS for you!Your tasks:As a software quality and test expert you are the quality conscience of one of our development teamsDuring sprint planning, you discover the true complexity behind the product manager's ideas During development, you design test cases, and when you find ambiguities, you confer with the product manager to ensure the team is heading towards the right direction You execute the tests and you are responsible for the defect management•You write automated regression tests and inspire the developers to deliver a high quality product Afterwards you discover those critical bugs, that only a professional tester can find Your qualifications: You have a degree in computer science, software engineering or similar background You always know one more way to improve things – and you know when "good" is "good enough" You can use "agile", "process", and "documentation" in one sentence and feel comfortable with it You know what an ISTQB certification is good for – and what it is not You know the advantages of Scrum and Kanban – and the disadvantages. There is no silver bullet. You know Ruby (or Java, or Perl), web application development – and you learn what you don't know yet You are able to work independendly but at the same time you are a real team player You laugh at work. Daily.
