As a result, our German subsidiary ALDES LUFTTECHNIK is looking to recruit on a permanent basis a SALES REPRESENTATIVE located in MUNICH or DRESDEN.
Reporting to the Country Manager, as well as liaising with the Headquarters, the Outside Sales Representative develops sales activities and ensures the promotion of ALDES’ know-how and expertise, in order to grow the existing turnover and ensure profitability of the subsidiary.
Main duties:Develop sales and margin within the assigned territoryDevelop portfolio of customers on assigned territory and ensure close follow-up of all projectsGuide customers in product selection and sizing. Maintain and develop excellent relationships with customers.Ensures sales follow-up in cooperation with Inside Sales Engineer.The successful applicant should:
Hold an Engineering degree or have a strong technical background ideally in the field of HVAC
Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Have excellent knowledge of the Munich or Hamburg market
Be interested in ventilation, fire protection and air diffusion techniques.
Be a native German speaker and be fluent in English
Be customer focused and have excellent communication skills
Be result oriented
Be a team player
