Manager Tax (m/f) ID 1504204 Bremen Your challenges: * Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations * Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and report accruals and purpose * Partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, international tax, legal business and operations terms * Manage tax compliance, reporting and filing works for the Group * Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group * Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group * Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and internationally For this role you will need to have: * Degree in Accountancy, with CPA qualification or law degree * Min. 6 years’ tax experience in a public accounting firm (big 4 preferred) and/or MNC handling corporate tax and GST * Prior experience in tax compliance, strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous * Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in German and English * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous * Possess good business acumen and be highly adaptive * Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative When you look at the shelves of your local newsagent or supermarket, you’ll probably spot quite a few of our delicious brands.
